Return Policy

Muy-Cara strives to ensure that consumers are completely satisfied with their purchases.

Exchange 

• If you order the wrong size or style, please notify us as soon as possible so that our team can make the necessary changes before the item is printed or shipped
• If the order has already been sent, the desired exchange products must be shipped back to our facility before we can perform the exchange. (Return postage is not included in the price.)
• We will execute the exchange and send out a new item after the item has been returned to our facilities.

 Returned to Sender

Items returned to Muy Cara by the shipping carrier, will be reshipped to the customer for an additional shipping fee once the reason for the package return has been addressed. If the customer does not wish the product to be reshipped, it will be treated as a return. Please see the information under RETURNS.
